PADI Divemaster Course
Requirements: PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent, minimum age 18 years, minimum 60 dives prior to completion of course.
Duration: Anything from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the student.
Swimming pool sessions, stamina tests, studying, learning to lead dives and assisting instructors with the teaching of both Openwater and continuing education students.
8 different exams to write
This is the entry level into the professional career in diving.
