PADI Openwater Course

Requirements: minimum age 12 years

(PADI allows a minimum age of 10 years, but we prefer starting the teaching at 12 years)

Duration: 4 full days:

one day theory in the class room (5 – 6 hours),

one day in the swimming pool, (from 5 hours or more, depending on the student), and 4 dives in the sea (over 2 days). An exam has to be written, pass mark is 75%.

In case an Openwater course can not be completed for any reason, only costs incurred to date will be charged.
