Arches is a dive site close to the center of 2-Mile and is named after a large Arch that is formed by sandstone rock structures. Divers love swimming through the arch, and lots of photographs are taken in this area.

About 15 m north of the arch is a beautiful ledge with an Anemone that has been made home by a pair of Two-bar Clown Fish, that gives divers an opportunity to take photos using the blue water above them as a background.

Just south of Arches is a large rock standing proud above the reef, which attracts shoals of Bluebanded Snappers who are occasionally joined by the juvenile Black Snapper, also called Black Beauty. Also, right next to this rock, is a small cave that often has shells and debris at the bottom. We have now found out that this is the dining room of a Titan Triggerfish who loves to go out and collect his food and then return to this cave to eat it!
